  • Product name;

9. Warranty Assessment

Submitting a claim does not automatically mean that the claim is approved.

AZURA Cookware may reasonably assess whether:

  • The product falls within the applicable warranty period;

  • The product was purchased from AZURA Cookware or an authorised seller;

  • The issue is consistent with a manufacturing or material defect;

  • The issue falls within one of the exclusions;

  • The product was used and maintained appropriately.

Where reasonably necessary, AZURA Cookware may request that a product be returned for inspection.

10. Remedies

Where AZURA Cookware determines that a claim is valid under this commercial warranty, AZURA Cookware may, subject to applicable law:

  • Repair the product;

  • Replace the product;

  • Replace the affected component; or

  • Provide another appropriate remedy.

If the original product is unavailable, AZURA Cookware may provide a comparable replacement.

The remedy selected will depend on the nature of the defect, product availability and applicable law.

11. Replacement Products

A replacement does not automatically restart the original 25-year commercial warranty period unless required by applicable law or expressly confirmed by AZURA Cookware.

12. No Automatic Cash Refund

A commercial warranty claim does not automatically result in a cash refund.

Where appropriate, AZURA Cookware may first repair or replace the affected product.

This does not limit statutory rights to a refund, price reduction, rejection or another remedy where those rights apply.

13. Proof of Purchase

The commercial warranty applies to products purchased directly from AZURA Cookware or an authorised AZURA Cookware seller.

AZURA Cookware may request reasonable proof of purchase.

The commercial warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is not automatically transferable unless AZURA Cookware agrees otherwise.

14. Statutory Rights

This commercial warranty is additional to your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

If statutory law provides a remedy or protection beyond this commercial warranty, the statutory rights remain applicable.
